Building your program from the ground up

We start with a detailed intake form and a kick-off call — covering your goals, schedule, equipment, injury history, and current habits. Nothing is assumed. Your program is built completely from scratch based on who you are and where you want to go.

Training you can actually execute — correctly

Your custom training program comes with video demonstrations for every exercise so there's no guesswork. Send me videos of your lifts anytime and I'll respond with written or recorded video feedback on your form, tempo, and intensity — because since I can't see you in person, this is how we keep you training safely and effectively.

Progressing week to week so you never plateau

Your program isn't static. I track your progress and apply gradual progressive overload week to week — adjusting weights, volume, and structure based on how your body is responding. Your cardio and daily step count protocol is updated alongside this to support your overall goals.

Aligning your nutrition to your goals and your life

We start by assessing your current eating habits before setting any targets. From there you'll receive custom macro goals or a meal plan — whichever suits you best — along with meal ideas, grocery lists, and educational resources on tracking, eating out, and navigating your social life without derailing your progress.

Learning to understand your body through tracking

Tracking your food isn't forever — but it's one of the most powerful tools for understanding what your body actually needs. We use it to build awareness and give you a real foundation, so that when you transition to a more intuitive approach, you're doing it with knowledge and confidence rather than guesswork.

Every week we review your training and nutrition — what's working, what needs to change, and what we're focusing on next. You'll receive in-depth written or video feedback, and 1:1 calls are available as needed — you're never left to figure it out on your own.

FAQs

How do I get started? +
The first step is reaching out! Fill out the coaching inquiry form and I'll be in touch to schedule your kick-off call. From there we'll go over your goals, get everything we need, and build your program from scratch.
How often will we communicate? +
It depends on your package. With a one-time custom plan, we'll have a kick-off call before your plan is built and a follow-up call after delivery to make sure everything makes sense. With ongoing 1-on-1 coaching, we check in weekly and you can message me with questions, form check videos, or anything else throughout the month.
Where do I check in and message you? +
All check-ins, messages, and everything having to do with your training plan will be found in your client portal. Here you can see your meals, workouts, progress and everything else needed to make this health journey a reality! Your client portal can be found here.
Do I need a gym membership or specific equipment? +
A gym is recommended, but not required. If you don't have access to one, we'll customize your program to work with whatever equipment you have available — whether that's a full home gym, a set of dumbbells, or no equipment at all.
Do I have to track my food forever? +
No — tracking isn't meant to be permanent. The goal is to use it as a tool to build awareness of your macros and intake so that when you're ready to transition to a more intuitive approach, you're doing it with real knowledge behind you. If you already have a healthy relationship with tracking and want to continue, that works too. We'll figure out what's best for you.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies? +
Not a problem — your nutrition plan is built around you, and that includes any dietary restrictions or allergies. We'll go over everything during your kick-off call and make sure your plan works for your lifestyle.
What if I travel or have a busy week? +
Life happens — travel, busy weeks, unexpected curveballs. This isn't an all-or-nothing approach. Do what you can, and pick right back up the next day. Missing a workout or an imperfect eating day doesn't undo your progress. We keep moving forward.
How long until I receive my plan? +
After your kick-off call, you'll receive your custom plan within one week.
What if I have questions after I receive my plan? +
A follow-up call is included with every one-time plan. Once your plan is delivered we'll hop on a quick call to go over any questions or concerns and make sure you feel confident going into it.
